Senior Sales Representative

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Attributes: Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring or coaching a team.
• Language: Proficiency in  English
• Two-wheeler driving license

Key Responsibilities

• Present Products/Services: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Expand Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Market Research and Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
• Relationship Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support Junior Sales Staff: Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff, helping them meet their targets.
• Manage reports: Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
• Client Engagement: Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide effective solutions.
