We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to join our team.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Proven at least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn
Language: Proficiency in English
Two-Wheeler vehicle is preferred and must be Licensed.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Follow up and reach out to potential Clients' queries through various channels (phone, website, email, social media, etc.).
Present Products/Services: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our offerings to potential clients.
Negotiation and Deal Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Track Sales Activity: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, sales progress, and follow-up actions.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Team Leadership and Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales officers, helping them achieve their goals.
Communication and Documentation: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ensure thorough documentation of sales activities and client information.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, share insights, and contribute to team goals.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with the marketing and technical team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, deals, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
