Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (required).
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Strong copywriting and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Experience with digital marketing agencies is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, content marketing, and social media trends.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging multimedia content.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the efforts of content creators, SEO specialists, social media marketers, designers, and paid ad managers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Manage email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and HubSpot for newsletters, promotions, and automation.
Design and track email campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and automation workflows.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, design, and customer service teams.
Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
Create compelling copy and deliver digital marketing campaigns including emails, landing pages, websites, and web content in a timely manner.
Develop multi-platform content for internal and external use, including websites, social media, and digital advertising.
Generate creative ideas for video animations, social media banners, and other digital content as needed.
Collaborate with the Marketing Department to design and publish fresh digital content for social media platforms and blog posts.
Produce monthly performance reports on digital marketing campaigns, with insights to optimize website traffic, content quality, and SEO/domain authority.
Communicate campaign updates clearly to the marketing team and other strategic stakeholders to align on goals and improvements.
Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
