We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience with digital marketing agencies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, content marketing, and social media trends.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging multimedia content.
  • Eagerness to learn and openness to growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the efforts of content creators, SEO specialists, social media marketers, designers, and paid ad managers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Manage email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and HubSpot for newsletters, promotions, and automation.
  • Design and track email campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and automation workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, design, and customer service teams.
  • Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Create compelling copy and deliver digital marketing campaigns including emails, landing pages, websites, and web content in a timely manner.
  • Develop multi-platform content for internal and external use, including websites, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Generate creative ideas for video animations, social media banners, and other digital content as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to design and publish fresh digital content for social media platforms and blog posts.
  • Produce monthly performance reports on digital marketing campaigns, with insights to optimize website traffic, content quality, and SEO/domain authority.
  • Communicate campaign updates clearly to the marketing team and other strategic stakeholders to align on goals and improvements.
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
